Much information is duplicated in different folders. However, the indexed folders (folders 4, 7, 9 and 10) tend to contain most of the finalized submissions and decisions. It has not been possible to obtain folders of the same dimensions as the original binders for the purpose of storing the copies. Some volumes have therefore been broken up into parts.
