This series consists of a single, unnumbered, black, foolscap size visidex folder which records the cabinet submissions presented by ministers alphabetically arranged according to Ministerial portfolio with the Prime Minister listed first.

The information is arranged by single number allotted to each minister, ie 1 - PM, 27 - Works, with a related index. 

There is a numbered divider for each minister followed by pages headed 'Submissions by the Minister for ...............'.  Entries are arranged in numerical order within years, and include:

          .   the submission number
          .   the submission title
          .   meeting date
          .   decision number
          .   'C' file reference number (refer CRS A4940)
