TITLE: Immigration - Child migration schemes - Little Brothers (from Britain) at BBM (Big Brother Movement; later known as British Boys Movement) War Memorial Training Farm - Established in 1925 to assist young men from Britain to emigrate to Australia for rural occupations, the Big Brother Movement today places boys in commercial and industrial careers as well. Since the inception of the scheme, 5870 boys have come to Australia under this branch of the country's assisted Immigration programme.
