This item consists of a small format (21 x 12.5 cm) notepad, inside a larger format cover

The notepad is of a standard commercially produced type, 'hinged' at top of page - has a plain blue cover without pre-printed title. Pages are plain blue-lined and without pre-printed pagination. Contains 60 pages.

The cover has been annotated by hand of the notetaker:

There is no indication of the notetaker's name on the cover but the page is initialled 'ASB' at the end of the notes.

The notebook contains minutes of one meeting only - a cabinet meeting on 25 August 1950. Only 16 pages of the notebook have been used - paginated by the notetaker

This notepad has been placed inside a red cardboard cover (25.5 x 20.5 cm) with clear plastic sleeve.

The spine of the cover is annotated
