These files relate to the specific functions of the Corporation such as the promotion, sale, supervision of export of wine and brandy both in Australia and overseas. The correspondence is housed in manilla folders which show the file title and number on the front cover.

This series was introduced in 1975 and was used concurrently with the correspondence files, single number series, circa 1959 (D1013). The D1013 series had fully replaced this series by the end of 1983.
