This series consists of three unnumbered brown visidex folders with yellow spine lables bearing the title "Eighth Menzies Ministry - Register of Cabinet decisions" and the range of decision numbers and dates.  The following typewritten information is recorded for each decision:

- number with letter symbol suffix for the Committee where appropriate

- date of meeting
- title/subject
- submission number

Each Cabinet decision is recorded on a separate page.  The first volume contains decision numbers 1-500, the second 501-1000, and the third 1001-1049.  The third volume appears to be incomplete since the decision numbers for this ministry run to number 1491.
