Series note

Function and purpose

  This series consists of index cards, which contain relevant file numbers and file locations of names of individual persons relating to CRS A3720. The names are hand printed at the top of the cards and listed below are the titles of the files that the persons name appears in. On the right hand side is the file number.

System of arrangement and control

  This series is controlled by a single number system imposed by NAA at box level. The white cards are arranged alphabetically. The cards range from [1] Aatonen to [3] Zweck.
