This unregistered file is entitled 'Norfolk Island. Papers from Mr. Houston' and refers to a visit to the Island by the Deputy Administrator in 1903. The file was evidently assembled by Atlee Hunt, perhaps in about 1908, and constitutes number 26 on the list of items of correspondence referring to the administration of Norfolk Island between 1901 and 1908 which appears in CRS A58.
