This blue volume with red binding is a bound copy of the report and  minutes of the conference convened by the Minister of Repatriation, Senator E.D. Millen, to consider and make proposals with regard to the employment of returned soldiers onforestry work. The conference took place in Melbourne on 15-17 January 1918. The transcript was signed, by Chairman Trapp,18 January 1918.
