The Australian Industry Development Corporation provided finance for Australian companies concerned with the manufacture, processing, treatment, transportation and distribution of goods and the development and use of natural resources and technology. Its objectives were to promote sound development and help Australian interests to participate in the ownership and control of industrial and resource development projects.
The Senior Manager of the South Australian office was J C Donkin (as at 1985).
The Adelaide office closed 24 April 1992 and is now operating from Melbourne.
