The Divisional Welfare Office (Southern) and the District Welfare Office, Giles District, shared the same office accommodation. In 1967/68, the Warburton District was created (? from part of the Giles District).3 The District Welfare Officer, Warburton District shared accommodation with the Giles District and Divisional Welfare Office (Southern) staff in Alice Springs.
