This series covers a wide scope of Departmental activities and functions in the wartime period. The file titles in the attached list are the best descriptive method of the nature of the Departmental activities.
 
History Prior/Subsequent to Transfer:
The files were developed by the Registry Section and after
discontinuation were retained by the Department until passed to the Archives Division (W.A.) for ev aluation in March, 1966.
