This series consists of one brown visidex folder with a blue spine  label titled: First Gorton Ministry Cabinet Decisions No's 1-38.
 
Within, decisions are arranged in a single number sequence, one or more pages per decision as necessary. A suffix was added to the decision number to distinguish between the three decision making bodies operative at that time:

(1) The Ministry was the largest body, comprising all ministers, and its decisions bear an 'M' suffix.
(2) An inner Cabinet of senior ministers with occasional co-options comprised the second body, but no suffix was added to it's decision numbers. 
(3) The third body comprised committees of Cabinet; groups of ministers who dealt with matters affecting their portfolios. The letter symbol for the committee was added to the decision number to identify its decisions, e.g. (LEG) for Legislation Committee.
