Volumes of Staff Rules and Amendments, Original Orders and Register of Employers which are arranged chronologically;
Australian Stevedoring Industry Authority Seal, one item only; 
Permanency Agreements which are arranged in no apparent order;
Personnel Files which are arranged alphabetically and also have a single number with a 'P' prefix;
Personnel Cards which are arranged alphabetically by Port;
Personnel Time Cards which are arranged alphabetically.

The records listed above are described on the existing CA 11 as being accessions 1 to 14, however accessions 10 and 11 (730 boxes) appear to be series SP1529/1
