This accession (parts 1 to 4) is an amalgamation of ST1867, ST1946, ST1969, ST1974, ST2042, ST2085, ST2174, ST2231, ST2470, ST2550, ST2580 and ST2623.

This part (1) contains category 9A, excluded by ballot, records. The bulk of the accession consists of registration forms (NS 1) only, a folder being raised where there are supplementary forms such as a statement on failure to register, or request to volunteer for national service.
