Physical characteristics
The records are paper files containing general correspondence
relating to the artist or subject, performance itineraries’,
newspaper press clippings and in some cases photographs.
System of arrangement and control
The records are arranged alphabetical by artists’ surname or
subject. The subject files contained in this series eg Christmas Broadcasts,
Festivals and Young Australians are enveloped into the alphabetical arrangement
by the agency. A paper checklist provided by the agency is available in the
Sydney Office Reading Room.
