Using the series
When staff order files from this series to view, they should first look at the consignment list and include the box number for the correct file and part number.
System of arrangement and control
This series consignment is arranged in a multiple number system (denoting subject) within three sequences, each a successive transfer of similar material.
The 1972 transfer has a control symbol range of TV2/2/1 PART 2 (within box 1) to TV30/4/1 PART 1 (in box 23)
The 1974 transfer has a control symbol range of TV1/1/3 PART 4 (in box 24) to TV30/2/129 PART 2 (in box 48)
The 1975 transfer has a control symbol range of TV1/1/3 PART 16 (in box 49) to TV30/2/116 PART 1 (in box 56).
As of December 2023, this series has been described only in relation to the file number, not in relation to the sequence the number is within. As a result, the box number is a currently a vital unit of control. Without the box number, the correct file cannot be identified.
