This series consists of folders containing inventories of accountable items held by various Antarctic stations.

Stations whose records are included in this series are: Amery Ice Shelf, Casey, Davis, Heard Island, Macquarie Island, Mawson and Wilkes.

This series of records were classed as temporary and were sentenced as destroy under General Disposal Authority (GDA) 14 entry 42.9 (inventory) by the Agency (Australian Antarctic Division) 03 December 1997.
