Series note
Two volumes containing weather reports for Tasman Island and Maatsuyker Island. On 10 June 1935 the keepers of these two lightstations were directed to pass on to Cape Bruny daily reports of weather. They seem to have been conveyed by telephone and were recorded in a much abbreviated form. Information includes wind force and direction; condition of sea; and extent of visibility.
