These files contain correspondence between the Prime Minister and his Ministers. They include notes, reports, minutes of meetings, 
conferences, and published and unpublished reference material relating to policies and activities. The files are arranged alphabetically by Department. Each file is labelled with the name of the Department and many files bear the name of the responsible Minister and the date range of the contents. The last file contains documents not placed in the relevant files.
