The series also contains internal correspondence relating to the functioning of the Prime Minister's Office (procedures, publications, notes to staff, etc). The type of record was differentiated by the colour of the file cover. High-level correspondence was stored in files with pink covers. Correspondence relating to the functioning of the Prime Minister's Office was stored in green file covers.
