The rolls are an alphabetical listing of all persons eligible to vote in elections and referenda.

The fiche have a consecutive number (beginning at 1 for each production) with entries arranged in alphabetical order by surname of electors.

Information shown on the microfiche is Roll Number, Division, Surname, Christian Name/s and Address. The rolls are up-dated regularly, generally at election time.
