This series comprises cards showing all details of payments made to soldiers and their allottee's during service. The cards WF3 (and WF3H a revised WF3) were created in command pay office at time of enlistment and maintained there throughout service. 

The allotment ledger WF45 was maintained at all times by CPM in command of enlistment. Each card has over 40 columns but the basic information which appears on all cards is soldiers names, army number, rank, unit, pay book number, schedule of daily rate of pay.
 
This series comprises cards for servicemen who enlisted post World War II. The system of control is single number which is actually the servicemen's service number with '5/' prefix, denoting Western Australia/Australian Regular Army.
