This series comprises cards (PR 6a) showing details of soldiers drawings. The cards are for those soldiers who returned to Australia during or after the War. The cards show the following information - Paybook number, Regimental number, name, rank, unit, name of allottee (where applicable), relationship, address of allottee, enlistment date, embarkation date, and daily rates of pay covering deferred pay, allottment, separation allowance, and soldiers drawing rate. On the reverse side of the cards, details of the soldier's return to Australia is shown as well as other pay calculations and remarks.   The cards do not give a continuous record of payment, but show any variation in the daily rate of pay.

The cards are held in alphabetical order by surname of soldier.
