Form (P2) entitled "Passenger List - Incoming Passengers" is prepared by the master of each vessel entering the port and shows the name of the ship and other relevant details including voyage details such as port of departure, port of disembarkation, date of disembarkation of passengers listed on the document.
Details of passengers listed include name, nationality, sex, age, marital status, occupation, etc.
The use of this form was discontinued in 1964. Location of other documents in the series is unknown. The series is a conversion of the former accession BP267/2.
This series of records has been copied (in full or in part) by the National Archives as part of its reprographic program.
