Form (P1) entitled "Passenger List - Outgoing Passengers" is prepared by the master of each ship departing the port and shows the name of the ship and other relevant details including the voyage details such as port of departure, destination, and date of departure and lists the passengers embarked on the voyage and shows such details as name, sex, age, nationality, marital status, occupation, etc.  The use of this form was discontinued in 1964.  Location of other documents in the series is unknown.  This series is a conversion of the former accession BP 266 series 1.
