A form (P1) entitled "Passenger List - Outgoing Passengers" is prepared by the master of each ship departing the port and shows the name of the ship and other relevant details including the particulars of the voyage such as port of departure, date of departure, destination and lists the passengers embarked for the voyage and shows details of name, sex, age, marital status, occupation, nationality, etc.  The use of this form was discontinued in 1964.  Location of other documents in the series is unknown.  This series is a conversion of the former accession BP 77 series 1. There are some gaps in the records.
