Form (P2) entitled "Passenger List - Incoming Passengers" is prepared by the master of each ship entering the port and shows name of ship and other relevant details including voyage port of departure, port of disembarkation, date of disembarkation, passengers listed on the document of Bowen inwards. Details include name, sex, age, marital status, occupation, nationality, etc.
The use of the form was discontinued in 1964. Location of other 'documents' in the series is unknown.
The series is a conversion of former accession BP76/2.
This series of records has been copied (in full or in part) by the National Archives as part of its reprographic program.
