Items medium note

Form (P2) entitled "Passenger List - Incoming Passengers" is prepared by the Master of each ship entering the port and shows name of ship and other relevant details including voyage port of departure, port of disembarkation, date of disembarkation of passengers listed on the document on Gladstone inwards.

Details include name, age, sex, marital status, occupation, nationality, etc. The use of the form was discontinued in 1964. Location of other documents in the series is unknown. This series is a conversion of former Accession BP 70 series 2.

This series of records has been copied (in full or in part) by the National Archives as part of its reprographic program.
