A form (P2) entitled "Passenger List - Incoming Passengers" is prepared by the Master of each ship entering the port and shows name of the ship and other relevant details including voyage port of departure, port of disembarkation, date of disembarkation ofpassengers listed on the document for the Port of Brisbane.

Details include name, age, sex, marital status, occupation, nationality, etc.

The use of the form was discontinued in 1964. Location of other documents in the series is unknown.

This series is a conversion of the former Accession BP52/1.

This series of records has been copied (in full or in part) by the National Archives as part of its reprographic program.
