Of the five volumes there is one for Camera One, two for Camera Two and two for Camera Three. Each page is allocated the Camera Number followed by a Roll Number. Then, listed on each page are the lots that were photographed onto each roll.
 
The series date range on this registration was ended arbitrarily by the Australian Archives during a review in 1993/94 as no consignments had been transferred for more than five years. If a further consignment is transferred, the date range will be revised in line with agency advice.
