These allotment data sheets were used as a photographic record of  the state of individual allotments after Cyclone Tracy, 1974. Although the sheets were designed for greater use the only information recorded on them are the Town, Lot Number, and aphotograph of each allotment with certainidentifying numbers on them.
Originally the sheets were intended to record the following information: Page 1: Town, Lot No., Street No., Street, Suburb, Site as at, Zoning, Title Status, Damage Category, Expedient Use Category, Area, Metropolitan Contact
Page 2: Site Diagram, Drainage, Survey and Title Information
Page 3: Expedient Use Diagram
Page 4: Summary of Work Carried Out
Although all allotments in the City of Darwin and the 32 Square Mile  Acquisition Area were photographed only sheets for the Army and RAAF Bases Bagot Reserve and some Commonwealth owned allotments are extant; thelocation of other sheets is unknown.
