This series documents details of National Service trainees who served a two year training period, and who were entitled to be considered for positions whilst absent from work.
 
Public Service Inspectors Office were authorised to lodge appeals on the trainees behalf during their absence and the PAC were obliged to consider these appeal's against relevant promotions.
