Function and purpose
This series contains a black paper bound volume that appears to have been
used to record doctor’s orders and nurses notes. The nursing notes relate to
medication given and patients' condition. The record appears to relate only to
the treatment of smallpox in the quarantine ward. Entries exist for 1942, 1945
and 1965 only.
