This series consists of a bundle of loose papers kept in a manila folder.  Included are various passenger lists which seem to have been removed from a register.  The information indicates the name of the vessel, the passenger's names, ports of embarkation and disembarkation and their intended addresses in Australia.

Also included are details of accommodation at the Quarantine Station with names of evacuees arriving in Sydney, their age, occupation and which room number they have been allocated.

Other loose pages consist of requisition and receipt for stores, inventory of seamen's quarters, accounting documentation, instructions and correspondence about administrative matters.  Some of the correspondence relates to the records of the Quarantine Station.

A booklet issued by the Commonwealth Public Service on medical examinations is also included.
