This series consists of issues of 'Company Tidings', the staff journal of commonwealth Hostels Limited. Only a selection of issues between Volume 12 No 3 (June 1973) and Volume 24 No 2 (June 1985) have been transferred, but it is assumed that, at the rate of one volume per year, the series commenced with Volume 1 No 1 in early 1962.
Most items in the journal relate to social occasions and personal news concerning staff, and many black and white photographs are included.
National Archives staff have placed the issues in acid free folders and imposed item numbers in the range [1] to [19] on them for identification purposes.
