This series consists of four trust deeds for the Commonwealth Hostels Provident Fund trustees. The first is dated January 1959; the second, a deed of modification, is dated 27th July 1967; the third is an amended deed to apply from 1st January 1970; and the last is dated 23rd November 1977.

The first and third deeds are copies, while the others are original deeds signed by the trustees.

Acid free folders have been added by National Archives, and single numbers [1] to [4] added for identification purposes.
