This series consists of an exercise book into which were pasted the master set of minutes of meetings of the trustees of the Commonwealth Hostels Provident Fund. Each set of minutes was initialled as approved by the trustees.

The first set was from the 1st meeting, held on 5th June 1957; the last was from the 16th meeting, held on 26th October 1965. Approval of this last set of minutes was initialled on 15 December 1965.

The whereabouts of later meetings is not known. Agenda and notes in a related series (C5088) indicate that meetings continued at least until the 35th meeting, held on 16th March 1977.
