This series consists of a binder containing copies of agenda and notes prepared for meetings of the trustees of the Commonwealth Hostels Provident fund. The first set was for the first meeting, held on 5 June 1957, while the last was for the thirty-fifth meeting, held on 17 March 1977.

Papers for each meeting were maintained separately in stapled or ring bound folders. Each folder contains a copy of the agenda and background papers relating to individual agenda items such as accounts, information on membership and elections, and reports.

This set, marked 'Confidential', appears to have belonged to the secretary.
