This series consists of 9 folders each containing plans of various sizes of Army properties (land, buildings, camps) in Queensland. Most of the plans were created by the agency but there are also plans created by other agencies, copies of which were obtained by the Army for reference purposes, e.g. L & S, E and Neg were created by the Department of the Interior; W, QA, QW by Department of Works. 

All plans were registered under a two number system with alphabetical infix, e.g. 1/A/63 - Allora Drill Hall, 1 denoted Queensland, A the capital letter of the name of the property and 63 the job number. 
The plans are kept in folders divided into alphabetical breakups and within the folder each plan was given a folio number, e.g. 1/A/63, Allora Drill Hall is in folder A folio 30.
