This series of records contain files relating to marine navigation and services and includes correspondence on light stations, light vessels, unattended lights, launch services, buildings, communications, finance, repairs and maintenance, stores equipment, apparatus, and staffing.
The files include: Copies of letters sent, minutes, memos, circulars, reports, returns, instructions, telegrams, estimates, schedules, requisitions, tenders, copies of contracts and specifications for launch services, notices to mariners, maps, plans sketches, photographs, press cuttings and other miscellaneous papers.
