A printed yellow card was raised for each student under the Commonwealth Reconstruction Training Scheme C.R.T.S. The front side of each card gives the name; "RV" numbers, address; date of birth; nationality; dependants; service details; course details; completion. A purple stamp has ticked entries re scheme appreciations. On the reverse side are examination results and general remarks (if any). The cards have perforated edges with punched holes for mechanical sorting. The cards are arranged in file number order, single number with "RV"

The only consignment (B2506/0) from this series in the custody of National Archives was withdrawn by the agency in July 2000 and is due for destruction 1 January 2015.
