A printed yellow record card was raised for each student under the  Commonwealth Reconstruction Training Scheme C.R.T.S. . The front side of each gives the name; "RT" number; address; date of birth;
nationality; dependants; service details, course details, completion. A purple stamp has ticked entries re scheme applications. On the reverse side are examination results and general remarks (if any). The cards have perforated edges with punched holes for mechanical sorting. The cards are arranged in file number order - single numberwith "RT" Reconstruction Tasmania prefix.
