This series consists of bound volumes of Commonwealth Court of Conciliation and Arbitration transcripts recording the proceedings and rulings in industrial disputes and court cases.

This series is created only for particular cases when the bulk of the transcript does not allow it to become a part of the relevant file in B207, Commonwealth Court of Conciliation and Arbitration disputes case files, annual single number series.

The transcripts are bound in hard cardboard covers and marked on the spine with the case number (or numbers) to which it refers.

In case of several volumes the range of page numbers is included. The subject/name is also recorded on the spine.

A volume of transcript held in the custody of the NSW Regional Office of Australian Archives is also believed to be part of this series.

It consists of transcript from the "Harvester Judgement" case of 1907.
