This plan is Walter Burley Griffin's final draft of the City Plan of Canberra.  It is hand-drawn on linen and signed by the architect himself in his capacity as Federal Capital Director of Design and Construction.  The plan is referred to on page 41 of J Gibbney's book "Canberra 1913-1953" (Australian Government Publishing Service Canberra 1988).
