This series consists of an unnumbered hard cover volume with the  title 'Minutes of the Australian Loan Council Feb 1924 - June 1928' on the front cover and spine. 

The volume contains minutes of the thirteen meetings of the Voluntary Loan Council which were held prior to the Financial Agreement of 1928. An Index in the front of this volume gives a list of the meetings from 1 to 13 and the page numbers on which the relevant minutes begin. 

There is no subject index to this volume. This volume was prepared and bound after 1928, as the 'INDEX' is headed 'Minutes of the Loan Council Meetings held prior SIC to Financial Agreement' and the pagination runs from 001 to 081. The words 'Loans Officer' are also on the front cover.
