There are two complete copies and one partial copy of these schedules  which are carbon copies on roneoed sheets, held together in three cardboard folders. Each schedule shows place and date of meeting and those present, in addition to columns headed: Minute No., Agendum No., Subject, Draft Minute prepared by, Draft Minute Approved, Action taken as directed on Draft, Book Copy prepared from draft. Information is recorded in the first three columns only in one complete copy, but in more detail in the second which appears to be Mr. Salisbury's copy and is initialled by him and Mr. V.W. Quealy.
 
A simple numerical control was imposed on the three items by A&D in August 1994.
