This series consists of 7 items as detailed below. The individual envelopes contain applications for registration, associated correspondence and mostly, exhibits.
Item 2005 has two exhibit copies in it and a thick file of correspondence, all regarding the issue of a Copyright Certificate and transfer of fees with a 1/- refund to be given the applicant.
Item 2006 has the registration form and form of assignment from the artist George Edward Dunstan, assigning all rights in the work to the partners of the business trading as ?Mick Simmons?, and correspondence relating to the registration certificate and assignment. A copy of the advertisement is also attached. It is of a caricatured ?Uncle Sam? smoking a pipe and praising Sunol tobacco as one which ?no tobacco on airth kin lick?.
Mrs Clarke?s photographs are clear and well - preserved, with the first and last being mounted on card.
