storage and the negatives in the cold room.
The glass plate negatives are also stored in the cold room in type 1 containers.

Finding aids
An
electronic version of the consolidated photo catalogue that covers 51 Sections corresponding to individual
subjects is available
from NAA staff. The material has been classified and dated as accurately as
possible by researchers with long experience in the immigration field. However in many instances it has only been
possible to identify a series of photographs as relating to a particular place
or event, without specific detail.
