TITLE: Immigration - Promotional Activities - Dutch farm boys' visit - promotion for youth. Nine Netherlands farm boys sailed in the liner Fairsky in March, 1960, for a year's experience working on Australian farms. Five were for Leongatha, VIC and the rest for Kingston, TAS. The project was organised by the Dutch Christelijke (Protestant) Emigration Agency in cooperation with the Australian Government. The boys may settle permanently if they wish. But they are expected to return to the Netherlands to relate their experiences to the other boys.The boys relax with the Australian books in the Leeuwarden office of the Christelijke Emigration Centrale.
